Dear Friends,
You are invited to Yuren Chinese School 2016-2017 Year End Party. As our tradition, there will be free food and drink, performances by each classroom/grade, fun games and prizes, and most importantly, our students will receive a Certificate for this year’s hard work of learning Chinese.
When: 12:00 – 2:30 pm, 5/21/2017, Sunday
Where: Shades Mountain Baptist Church Pavilion @ 2017 Columbiana Rd, Birmingham, AL 35216
Admission: Free
Food provided by school: BBQ Chicken wings and ribs, hot dogs, bottled water, watermelon
Thank all the parents volunteered to bring extra food and help out the setup so far! If you have not RSVP yet, please either turn in the distributed RSVP card or reply to this email by 5/14/2017 with Student’s Name, Class, Number of adults and kids attending, as well as What types of Food you are bringing (fruit, main course, cold dishes, salad, desert).
